Manage the check-in and check-out process for customers
Responding quickly and accurately to guest requests and inquiries
Manage the room reservation system and assign rooms
Handling monetary transactions and payments
Handling administrative tasks related to the hotel front desk

Ability to utilize basic computer and hotel management systems
